Yes, my site is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant which is an information security standard for handling credit card and debit card information. This website is hosted by Shopify, and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (more information here) https://www.shopify.com/pci-compliant
I ship to the continental US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and EU. Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order in the shop; if you would like it sent to a different address, please contact me at email@example.com.
In the US, prints are normally delivered within 2-3 weeks of ordering. For international orders, please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery. International delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs.
Smaller prints are shipped via USPS in a plastic sleeve backed with cardboard inside a stiff envelope. Medium and large prints (16x16 and up) are rolled in a plastic sleeve, placed inside a sturdy tube and shipped via FedEx. Framed prints are carefully wrapped and boxed and shipped via UPS.
Express Shipping is available at an additional cost. If you need an item to arrive quickly, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
NOTE TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Delivery to Canada can take a lot longer than the same distance in the US, so if you need an item by a certain date, order well in advance or contact me for express shipping.
CUSTOMS, TARIFFS + TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When purchasing from other countries, PLEASE NOTE - I do not collect any additional customs fees. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery depends on your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Cattie Coyle Photography is not responsible for those charges. It is rare that international customers are charged additional custom fees/tax to receive packages but it IS a possibility so please keep this in mind. Returns of international orders are unfortunately not accepted due to these customs fees.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your print has shipped, which includes a link to check the status of the shipment.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE
If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, contact me so I can try to track it down.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All orders are custom printed and all sales are final, so please consider carefully before ordering.
If you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit please contact me as soon as possible at email@example.com to arrange for a replacement.
