RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All orders are custom printed and all sales are final, so please read all product descriptions thoroughly before ordering. We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for change of mind.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, your order will be forwarded to the lab and considered final.
If you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible at cattie@ccoylephotography.com to arrange for a replacement. In the case of damaged orders, please make sure to take pictures of both the outside of the box and the damage to the print / frame, as photos are needed to file a claim with the carrier.
